Pause, stop, reset

Let’s be serious, panic attack, losing your patience, frustration, sadness, overstimulated one of it or all of it is bound to happen. Hopefully just not all at once.

As a girly pop that has experienced all of them and more I do a few things to reset.

  • Recognize that I am any of those things.
  • Acknowledge that if I continue to feel this way or act like this I’m not helping myself or Eve.
  • Review my options of moving forward, can I get help from Frank or can I change what I’m currently doing with Eve to get less of whatever it is I’m feeling
  • Many times right now my option is to pass the responsibility off to frank or family if I’m in charge.

Honestly, it’s nbd to feel however you feel as long as you acknowledge and address it. If you continue to let it simmer then you can start to become bitter, dull, or mushy
