Get in a mom group. A mom group where everyone has a baby born within the same month.

‘How about my friends that have had babies’ ya sure that’s nice but lm talking about people in the trenches at the same time as you.

The benefit of this is that everyone is just as clueless as you. Everyone is going through it in the moment and are aware of the current struggle. They won’t be like ‘oh it gets better’ no, they will be like ‘this feels like it never ends’.

Plus you know that there would be at least one person in the group to be awake at the same time as you at 3am.
