That’s it. You’re not special. Sorry to tell ya. You might think oh my god, I’m the only one going through this, I’m terrible, I’m a failure. Nah, you’re not.

Im in a Mom group and a few friends with babies and let me tell you, the struggles that I thought was unique to me, Frank and Eve, ya no. Everyone is going through it, you name it – hard time latching, having to use a nipple guard, crying with diaper changes, milk not coming in, sleepless nights, constipation, and confusion.

So ask your friends, join a mom group, get that reassurance. Because although you’re still going through it, at least you’ll know you’re not the only one going through it.
