Okay first of all, wdym 5 weeks old????? Time really does fly by.

I had my first obgyn appt and it went lovely. The only thing is that she got me to feel how my abs are disconnected and first of all ew.

Still can’t exercise, still no sex. But like no big deal with me, no rush. The appointment was very chill, but still overwhelming with how everyone is breastfeeding heavy. It doesn’t really leave much space for formula talk.

Idk, since I’m a mom that does both breast feeding and formula it can leave a lot of guilt when we don’t talk about formula at all. As they say a feed baby is a happy baby regardless but idk it’s just hard at times.
